Our pool was in such a terrible condition after 4 months of renovation with dirt and debris fallen into its and lack of maintenances. Very impressed with Palatial Pools. Kieran was responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. As a new customer, I called him out to determine the source of a leak, and Kieran immediately located a crack in the filter. He recommended and quoted on a new filter and was back the very next day (today) to install it. It also turns out my faulty filter was causing other issues, so this new filter is going make maintaining our pool a delight. I would highly recommend Palatial Pools and I will be using their service in the future.

This was the most stress free pool experience for me. I wasn't even home and Kieran came in and sorted all the issues, called me and talked through them as well as following up with photos and a courtesy message 2 days later. Great price for the hour of work and I didn't feel like he was trying to rip me off by counting minutes. Finally, availability to do the job was fantastic just before Christmas which every other company couldn't do!
